// Mission
Bloom's social media intelligence platform monitors 12+ platforms — from X and Instagram to Telegram and WeChat — using proprietary graph technology and AI-powered topic discovery to detect threats, track influence networks, and characterize inauthentic behavior. The platform serves brand, legal, public affairs, and information security teams with real-time intelligence dashboards, data APIs, and expert analysis.
Bloom participates in the EUCINF project within the European Defence Fund framework, providing cyber and information warfare tools across 12 countries and 20 companies to strengthen European cyber defense. The platform's DISARM-compliant detection capabilities are central to this effort.
// Achievements
- 100% YoY sales growth: Delivered 100% year-on-year sales growth for multiple years by aligning the executive team on the product roadmap.
- 10x faster NLP: Re-architected NLP processing and classification, dividing processing and delivery time by 10 while handling 10x more data, and halving consultant time on client projects.
- Product organization: Built a product organization of 4 squads, with 16 developers and 4 product experts.
- Batch to streaming pipelines: Moved part of the data processing from batch to streaming, with deployments meeting the security requirements of defense clients.
- Product launches and clients: Launched self-service PLG tools, a sales-led SaaS and APIs, serving clients such as Danone and Moët Hennessy, with Capgemini as integration partner and reseller.
// Tech & Product Impact
Four years as CPO at Bloom gave me deep experience in scaling AI products from early-stage to enterprise-grade. I learned to balance rapid feature delivery with platform stability, and to translate complex NLP and intelligence capabilities into products that non-technical stakeholders could immediately grasp. The dual challenge of serving commercial (brand protection, public affairs) and sovereign (defense, information security) clients required rigorous product architecture and security standards.
// Interactive: Community Network
A representative example of the kind of influence-mapping work Bloom's platform powers. Each cluster is an online community; nodes are individual accounts; links represent interactions. Named nodes are key influencers. Bridging links between clusters reveal cross-community ties — exactly the signals Bloom uses to characterize coordinated behavior and narrative diffusion.
A force-directed network of 350+ personalities across six communities. Drag, zoom, and hover to explore how influencers anchor their communities and how bridges tie them together.
// Interactive: Semantic Co-occurrence
The second pillar of Bloom's intelligence stack: topic discovery through semantic co-occurrence. Words that appear in similar contexts cluster together into topics, and cross-topic bridges surface emerging narratives. Toggle between individual words and cluster names to see the topics the graph discovers on its own.
Terms from AI & sustainability discourse, clustered by topic. Thicker links represent stronger co-occurrence.
